Hi, I'm Lauren - a Virtual Assistant, content creator, and mum of two little boys, living in beautiful (and often rainy) Yorkshire. I moved abroad from the US in 2017, built a life here in the UK, started a family, and learned what it truly means to find balance while far from home.

I specialise in content creation and social media support for mum-led businesses. I work with mum founders and small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but stretched too thin to show up consistently online. My approach is always grounded in ease, balance, and understanding what real life actually looks like.

When I'm not helping clients or creating content, you'll usually find me chasing my boys around the garden, reheating my coffee (again), or planning our next cozy family day out.
