Hi, I’m Lauren - a Virtual Assistant, content creator, and mum of two little boys, living in beautiful (and often rainy) Yorkshire. I moved abroad from the US in 2017, built a life here in the UK, started a family, and learned what it truly means to find balance while far from home.

Like so many working mums and small business owners, I know how overwhelming it can feel to try to do it all - especially without a strong support system nearby. That’s exactly why I became a VA: to be the kind of help I once needed myself.
